What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
The location is serene and the neighborhood is lovely! Public transport being nearby makes travel easy.
The kitchen supplies were scarce, just a couple of glasses and plates left me wanting more.

The room had a comfortable size, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I particularly appreciated the air conditioning that kept things cool during warm weather, which was a relief when outside got too hot.
On the downside, the amenities were lacking. Upon arrival, I found the room hadn't been cleaned properly, with stained bed sheets, and no towels were provided. The lack of basic kitchen supplies left me wanting. The Wi-Fi was slow, making streaming a real hassle. To top it off, there were issues with communication. some guests mentioned trouble with check-in and receiving promised items like hair dryers and toilet paper. It seems like organization could use some serious improvement.

Spacious room but some issues with cleanliness
The room I stayed in was a nice size and stayed cool despite the hot weather, which was great. I found items left by previous guests in the wardrobe and there were no towels provided, which was a bit disappointing. The neighborhood was lovely, but the noise from neighbors was quite disruptive at night.

The room was a comfortable size, perfect for a solo traveler, and remained surprisingly cool during the warmer days. The homemade soup served was a delightful highlight, showcasing a personal touch in the dining options. the kitchen was understocked with limited utensils, leaving me wanting more cooking supplies, while the setting, though picturesque, was a bit isolated from the main attractions. Noise from neighboring rooms was also slightly disruptive at times.

The room I stayed in was super cozy and had a great view of the garden, making it perfect to unwind after a busy day. I really enjoyed the shared kitchen and relaxing lounge area, which offered a nice spot to catch up on some shows. The only downside was that I wish there had been a bit more kitchen supplies, but overall it was a lovely experience! 😊

Just a good pick for a mini-vacation in Ilford with good price-value balance. The cozy room kept cool during the heatwave was a lifesaver. Make sure to bring extra supplies like toiletries, as they are limited.
